He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk me through every detail of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed at each step. Cosmo’s professionalism and fairness made a big impression—he wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely helpful and honest. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to doing right by the customer. I had storm damage a few months ago when a tree fell on my 2 rental homes that are next to each other. I decided to use Roof King to repair the damage. They installed new roofs and gutters on both homes as well as repaired the wood that got damaged. Roof King worked with my insurance and made the entire process seamless. Drew Palmer provided excellent customer service and stayed on top of the project through completion. Highly recommend!!
